Billing staff search or scan a medicine and see every batch on its own row with expiry, stock, MRP and loose price; earliest-expiry stock sells first and expired or recalled batches can never be billed. Every batch keeps its own MRP, selling price and cost, and the stock ledger can't be edited and never goes negative. Purchases support free quantity, discounts and GST, with purchase orders, partial receipts and debit notes. GST-ready invoices print on A4, A5 or thermal paper with UPI QR and signature, and bills can be sent to the customer on WhatsApp. Reports show sales, GST, real margin from batch cost, stock value, expiry and dead stock. It also keeps billing during internet outages and syncs automatically, and comes with a native Android app.
